Control and Monitoring System Upgrade

This project upgraded and optimised the control and monitoring system of a pharmaceutical production facility. We reviewed the existing control systems and equipment and, following technical studies and consultation, proposed and implemented improvements to performance and reliability.

The work included a needs assessment, optimisation of the control architecture, improved monitoring of equipment and processes, and the required changes to the control system. Every step respected the demands of a regulated production environment, delivering tighter process control, faster access to operational data and more effective equipment management.
