MCC Panel Manufacturing and Commissioning

This project supplied and commissioned the motor control centers needed by an industrial complex. We first assessed the site's electrical requirements and motor loads, then designed the MCC panels around its operating conditions.

The work covered power and control circuit design, selection of components and accessories, panel fabrication and assembly, wiring, functional testing and preparation for operation. The panels were designed for safety, reliability and easy maintenance, in line with the complex's operational needs.
