Glass Bottle Production Line Automation

This project automated and integrated the control system of a glass bottle production line. The line's processes were brought under centralised industrial control so that equipment control, process monitoring and operational data management became faster and more accurate.

The core of the work was PLC design and programming, HMI control and monitoring screens, and a SCADA system. Linking the equipment to the control system delivered real-time process visibility, alarm management, equipment control and line-wide supervision, and created a solid platform for stable operation and future expansion.
